The Innovation Exchange is a small-group mastermind designed for people who are ready to grow personally and professionally by sharing ideas, getting honest feedback, and building a personal roadmap that actually works for them.

It’s not a course. It’s not coaching. It’s a trusted space to think out loud, get strategic support, and collaborate with others who are navigating growth, change, and what’s next.

Each cohort is thoughtfully curated to ensure chemistry, diversity of thought, and value for everyone in the room.

Reach the Top

How it Works

  • Group Size: 4–5 people max per cohort

  • Session Length: 1.75 hours

  • Frequency: Every other week

  • Location: First session is in person (Austin, TX); group chooses format (in-person, virtual, or hybrid)

  • Facilitator: Mikki

  • Format: Hot seats, real-time strategy, reflection, and personal accountability

  • Outside Work: Light homework, reflection, or micro-actions between sessions

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
To be considered for the next cohort, complete the short application. Accepted participants will receive their first reflection assignment and prep instructions before the cohort kickoff.
